Marakkar Movie Review- Malayalam

Greetings,

Is this the best the Malayalam film industry can produce? I wish I had a better review of Marakkar movie, but unfortunately, I do not. With all of its resources at Priyadarshan’s and Antony Perumbavoor’s disposal, they had to copy about 75- 80% from the American Mel Gibson movie “Braveheart” (1995). I am not merely pointing out “inspired” and channeled moments, but sequences from “Braveheart,” which have been cut and pasted into this haphazard movie. So sad.

There are cut-and-paste sequences from another American movie, “The Untouchables.” Starring Kevin Costner (1987). Again so sad of the Marakkar movie review. Why cannot the film crew hire decent researchers and historians to work an accurate rendition of events without visually plagiarizing another’s movie’s content? So sad.

For all those involved in this Titanic adventure, please retire, besides the technicians involved. If you cannot produce something original and creative, please pick up your film toys and go home.
